Congratulations to Beehive-QSolutions Heat star Mirko Djeric on taking out the QBL U23 Player of the Year for 2016. He keeps the gong in Townsville for another 12 months after Mitch Norton took home the award in 2015! Outstanding recognition to one of the stars of the QBL in 2016 and a player who showed maturity beyond his years in helping the Heat to the top spot in the league at the end of the regular season

Important Info For Obilic Junior Friday night comp Bankstown

Just a reminder:
· All player registrations ($45 <18yrs and $55 >18yrs) are due by week 2 of competition. After this weekend all players who have not paid their registration will be taken off the scoresheet and unable to play until they have paid.
· Club registrations are done upstairs in the Bruins Lair directly to your club. For non-club teams, Lisa Harper will be in the main office (entrance side of court 7 next to the coco cola machine) taking registrations on Friday night.
· Game fees are $50 for divisions up to and including Under 19s and $60 for U20s and U22s. Please pay your game fee to the front office prior to game starting time. You also have the option of pre paying as many weeks as you want to the front office.
· All teams are required to be correctly uniformed after the 5th week of competition, as per our competition rules. From the 6th week onwards a 5 point bonus will be credited to the opposite team for each member who is out of uniform.
· IDs. Any new player or player who has not previously provided us with the ID will be required to show. This can be done at the time of their registration. If a player has not provided it after week 5 they will be unable to play until they do so.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact myself by phone or email.
Kind Regards,
